Born and raised in Ottawa, Dr. Jeffrey Abboud is an accomplished plastic surgeon with over 23 years of experience. He graduated medical school at the University of Ottawa in 1987 and then completed his Internship at Memorial University, St. John's Newfoundland. Dr. Abboud completed three years of General Surgery training at Boston University, Boston Massachusetts, and a one year Plastic Surgery Fellowship in Boston, MA. Dr. Abboud went on to complete a two year residency in Plastic Surgery at Medical College of Ohio, Toledo Ohio. From 1995 - 1997, the Beth Israel Hospital, a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School, invited Dr. Abboud to be Clinical Instructor of Plastic Surgery. During this time he was an active staff member at several hospitals in the Boston area.
In 1997 , Dr. Abboud was Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. From 1997 - 2003, Dr. Abboud developed a community based practice in plastic surgery on the South Shore of Boston and worked there until his move to Ottawa in 2003 to establish his current practice. In 2011, Dr. Abboud was recognized by the CPSO (College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario) in the specialty of Plastic Surgery.
Having performed over 13,000 Plastic Surgery procedures, Dr. Abboud draws from his high level of training and vast surgical experience to best serve his patients. He combines precision and delicate craftsmanship along with his renowned compassion and kindness - One Patient At A Time.
Liz is a medical aesthetician, skin specialist and laser therapist. She has long held a fascination with beauty and health and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. Liz finds it extremely gratifying working with others, so that they may feel positive about the image they project.
Elizabeth Lavoie is a Nurse Practitioner, registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario. She has almost 20 years of experience working in a variety of roles within the primary health care field: emergency room, rural medicine, international development, tropical medicine, SARS crisis management, and much more.
Tammy Gagnon is a certified nurse that has been working in the health field for over 20 years. She is also a graduate of the Micropigmentation Center of Toronto. As a Dermapigmentologist, Tammy is dedicated to paramedical and aesthetic micropigmentation.
Karine graduated from Algonquin College in 1991 from their registered nursing program. She has since earned her Operating Room certification from Algonquin College in 2009. Karine’s extensive background in nursing includes, but is not limited to: surgery, trauma, and emergency care. Karine is also known for being a staff nurse for the Heart institute, as well as the emergency division in Carleton Place.
Ali is an outgoing, compassionate employee, who prides herself on providing excellent service to clients. She is dedicated to ensuring that confidentiality is upheld, and presents herself in a polite and professional matter. Ali pursued and completed schooling for Mental Health and Addictions, at Canadore College, and is passionate about helping others and creating a positive atmosphere for all. She is meticulous in her organizational skills, ensuring clients files are well kept, and appointments are timely and prompt. With Ali, you are guaranteed to be welcomed by a smile.
Amy has been working in office administration for several years. Because of her enthusiasm for the medical field, Amy pursued & graduated from the Medical Office Administration program at Algonquin College. She also holds Certification for Medical Device Reprocessing. Amy is very people-oriented and brings great skill, enthusiasm and organization to the clinic on a daily basis. She is always with a smile on her face and eager to provide an exceptional experience for all patients & clients.
